Yankee & the Belle Foods offers the marriage of ease and deliciousness for Southern food favorites.
Husband-and-wife team Brian (the Yankee) and Sarah (the Belle) Giles launched the business in 2019 to bring you the experience of a fresh, hot, delicious buttermilk biscuit at home without the hassle of baking from scratch.
Growing up in New York, Brian wasn’t familiar with the deliciousness of Southern staples like biscuits. He got a great education from Sarah, who was born and raised in South Carolina and has been cooking delicious food her whole life.
Together, they channel their love for good cooking and great food into Yankee & the Belle Foods, all centered around something Brian’s mom always used to say:
“Just eat the good stuff.”
All Yankee & the Belle biscuits and pimento cheese are made fresh from scratch and shipped to you from Columbia, South Carolina.
