Our small-batch, handcrafted Bacon Biscuits begin with our Signature Buttermilk Biscuit recipe. To that, we add a generous amount of freshly cooked, hickory-smoked bacon to create a buttery, smoky, bacon-y biscuit like no other.

Ingredients:
Flour (enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, monocalcium phosphate), salt), Buttermilk (cultured milk, modified corn starch, salt, carageenan, pectin, vitamin D3), Butter (sweet cream, salt), Bacon (cured with: water, salt, sugar, sodium phosphates, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite), and Black Pepper.
CONTAINS: Wheat and Milk.

Baking Instructions:
*Keep biscuits frozen until ready to bake.*
*Total baking time may vary depending on your oven.*
Bake biscuits from frozen. Do not defrost.
Preheat oven to 450° F. Place oven rack in center position.
For best results, bake biscuits on baking sheet lined with parchment paper (do not grease). Do not use waxed paper.
Place frozen biscuits with buttered side up, 1 inch apart on baking sheet.
Bake frozen biscuits in a 450° F oven for 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 425° F and continue baking for another 8-12 minutes or until the bottoms are golden brown.
